Job Description
Inviting applications for the role of an Assistant Manager Record to Report! In this role the Assistant Manager oversees RTR delivery for assigned entities/regions. Ensures compliance drives efficiencies manages a team and partners with other finance and business functions. Responsibilities: - Talent retention and leadership pipeline. - Preparation and manage teams execution of journal entries reconciliations and reporting. - Review and approve financial statements for accuracy. - Ensure compliance with SOX/internal controls and accounting standards. - Collaborate with Tax Treasury FP&A and auditors. - Lead month-end close governance meetings. - Drive automation and standardization initiatives. - Develop team capabilities and succession planning. - SLA/KPI adherence for RTR delivery. - Team engagement and performance. - Successful audits with minimal findings
