About Position:

We are seeking a seasoned Full Stack Developer with 8-12 years of experience to build scalable, high-performance web applications. This is a hands-on individual contributor role requiring strong expertise in ReactJS for frontend development and PostgreSQL as the primary database, along with solid exposure to cloud platforms and CI/CD practices. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong ownership, technical depth, and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions.

Experience: 8 to 12 years
Job Type: Full Time Employment

What You'll Do:

Design and develop scalable web applications using ReactJS and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
Build backend services and RESTful APIs with strong PostgreSQL data modeling
Optimize application performance across frontend and database layers
Translate business requirements into clean, maintainable, and efficient code
Implement CI/CD pipelines and support cloud-based deployments
Participate in code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices
Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis
Collaborate with product, UX, QA, and DevOps teams for end-to-end solution delivery
Take ownership of modules from development to deployment and maintenance

Expertise You'll Bring:

8-12 years of experience in full stack development
Strong expertise in ReactJS including modern hooks and state management
Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and/or TypeScript
Strong experience with PostgreSQL including schema design, indexing, and query optimization
Experience in designing and building RESTful APIs
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI
Strong proficiency in Git-based version control systems
Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
