- 4–10 years FMCG/Beverage experience
- Team handling , distributor handling & target-oriented
- Supervise and manage daily sales activities in the assigned area
- Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Ensure effective distribution and market coverage
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers
- Identify new market opportunities and drive business growth
