We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to acquire new clients, build strategic relationships, and drive revenue growth across India and international markets.
This is not a traditional sales role focused on sending quotations and following up endlessly.
We are looking for someone who can understand business challenges, conduct meaningful discovery conversations, recommend strategic solutions, and convert opportunities into long-term client partnerships.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable generating opportunities through both inbound and outbound business development efforts and confidently engaging with founders, business owners, CEOs, and decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities across India, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, UK, Europe, and other international markets
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Develop long-term client relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
Consultative Sales
- Conduct discovery calls, strategy discussions, and client meetings
- Understand client challenges, goals, and growth opportunities
- Recommend appropriate solutions based on business objectives
- Present proposals, solutions, and growth recommendations confidently
- Focus on business outcomes rather than simply pitching services
Inbound & Outbound Opportunity Generation
- Handle inbound leads and inquiries
- Generate opportunities through LinkedIn outreach, networking, referrals, strategic partnerships, and targeted outbound prospecting
- Engage with leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings
- Build relationships with founders, business owners, CEOs, marketing managers, and decision-makers
- Develop new business opportunities beyond marketing-generated leads
CRM & Pipeline Management
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, follow-ups, and conversions
- Ensure timely follow-up and effective pipeline management
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasting updates
- Use CRM systems effectively to manage sales activities
Client Growth
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Convert project-based clients into long-term retainers where appropriate
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and project handover
- Maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales process
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Agency Sales, SaaS Sales, IT Sales, or Digital Marketing Sales
- Proven experience in client acquisition and revenue generation
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills (Mandatory)
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building abilities
- Confidence speaking with founders, business owners, and senior decision-makers
- Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills
- Experience conducting virtual meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions
- Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and highly accountable
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Digital Marketing, Website Development, Branding, Performance Marketing, SEO, CRM, SaaS, or Technology Solutions
- Experience working with clients in GCC, UAE, UK, Europe, USA, or Canada
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach and outbound prospecting
- Understanding of lead generation, funnels, automation, and growth strategies
