Define logical and physical data architecture including data models, domains, and lifecycle flows
Establish architecture standards for ingestion, storage, transformation, and consumption across cloud and hybrid platforms
Ensure alignment with application, integration, and analytics architectures.

Data Integration & Interoperability

Define and standardize data integration patterns (batch, CDC, streaming, API)
Enable scalable and efficient data movement across enterprise systems

Master & Reference Data Management

Design and implement master and reference data solutions across core domains (e.g., customer, product, supplier)
Define matching, survivorship, and hierarchy management rules for consistent entity resolution
Enable integration of master and reference data across enterprise systems and data platforms
Support implementation of MDM tools and frameworks aligned to platform architecture

Stakeholder Management

Act as lead for data management workstreams both within programs and independently.
Collaborate with business, technology, and governance stakeholders.
Support solution design decisions, tool evaluation, and implementation guidance.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

10+ years of experience in data management, data architecture, or enterprise data platforms.
Experience implementing master data and reference data solutions using tools such as Informatica MDM, SAP MDG, or similar
Strong experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and modern data architectures (Databricks/Snowflake).
Solid understanding of data modeling and data lifecycle management.
Experience working in large-scale, multi-stakeholder delivery environments.
Exposure to industry data models (financial services, energy & utilities preferred).

International travel in the region (up to 40%) is required.
