We are looking for a professional with 8+ years of experience in Technology strategy and/or business consulting to be part of the NVTI team in India. The NVTI team helps in setting the long-term direction for Deloitte, its businesses, and enabling areas by applying an integrated, strategic approach to complex, high-impact issues and opportunities. The team uses advanced techniques to identify and analyze emerging business and technological trends that are affecting our firm and our clients. We seek to educate our clients and equip our firm to understand and act on the implications of the trends we identify. The candidate should be self-motivated, technology savvy, and able to work well with a diverse set of professionals across India and the US.
Work you'll do
As a Specialist Deputy Manager, AI and Data Solutions on the NVTI team, you will be responsible for supporting high-impact, high-visibility projects aligned to Deloitte leadership priorities.
- Analyze large, disparate data sets using Structured Query Language (SQL), Python, and data integration tools to support business and technology priorities.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and presentation materials that translate analytical results into stakeholder-ready insights.
- Define, document, and maintain business metrics, key performance indicators, and supporting source-of-truth documentation.
- Collaborate on business process design, including current-state and future-state process mapping and translation of requirements for technical teams.
- Create and maintain logical data models, data mappings, application programming interface (API) and integration specifications, and technical documentation for delivery teams.

Qualifications
Required:
- 8+ years of work experience, including 5+ years in technology or a similar function delivering technology-driven engagements
- Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Technology (MTech), or Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from an accredited institution
- Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL), including SELECT, JOIN, GROUP BY, and window functions
- Experience with Python for data manipulation and analysis
- Experience with extract, transform, and load (ETL) tools such as Alteryx, Informatica, Talend, or Azure Data Factory
- Experience developing dashboards and visualizations in Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent tools
- Experience with data modeling, data mapping, and documentation tools such as Confluence, Jira, Visio, Lucidchart, or Signavio
Preferred:
- Experience facilitating metric and key performance indicator definition with business stakeholders
- Experience creating entity-relationship diagrams and source-to-target mappings
- Experience reading API documentation and working with JavaScript Object Notation (JSON) or Extensible Markup Language (XML) data formats
- Experience documenting Representational State Transfer (REST) or Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) API specifications and integration requirements
- Experience working with virtual teams and US stakeholders
- Experience creating executive-ready reports, presentations, and technical documentation
