Job Opening: Social Media Content Creator (Video Specialist)

Job Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Content Creator to be the visual voice of our brand. In this role, you will be responsible for shooting engaging product videos, editing them to perfection, and managing our social media presence across multiple platforms.

Because we operate in both the B2B and D2C spaces, we need a versatile storyteller. You will craft slick, professional content that appeals to our corporate clients, while also creating trendy, relatable videos that drive direct-to-consumer sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Production: Shoot high-quality, engaging video content featuring our products (from unboxings and tutorials to aesthetic product showcases).

Video Editing: Edit raw footage into polished, platform-native content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn videos) using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut.

Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and publish content across our social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).

Audience Targeting: Tailor content and copywriting to resonate with two distinct audiences, driving engagement and sales for D2C, and building trust and lead generation for B2B.

Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, audio trends, and algorithm changes to ensure our content remains relevant and highly visible.

Analytics: Track engagement, reach, and conversion metrics to continuously improve our content strategy.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience: Proven experience as a Content Creator, Videographer, or Social Media Manager.

Technical Skills: Strong smartphone or DSLR videography skills, paired with a solid understanding of video editing software and lighting techniques.

Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of how content performs differently on LinkedIn (B2B) versus Instagram/YouTube (D2C).

Creativity: A keen eye for aesthetics, a strong sense of storytelling, and the ability to turn a simple product into an engaging narrative.

Portfolio: A strong portfolio or social media presence demonstrating your ability to shoot, edit, and grow an audience.

Languages Known: English, Tamil, Hindi
