Job Description – Store Executive

Work Location: Mohali

Key Deliverables:

Receiving of incoming RM, Consumable material
Unloading the incoming material & Physical verification of materials.
Inventory Control & maintain MIN- MAX level,
GRN of incoming Material, Issued Material entry properly punch in system and bills submission to Accounts department.
Daily Shortage of critical material requirement given to purchase.
Timely rejection returns to suppliers, Scrap disposal as per defined system.
Issues in material receiving w.r.t P.O, schedule, quarterly, gate entry.
Reconciliation of job work material, Approve new coming consumable limit & make conformed by user.

Liaise with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Accounts teams for smooth operations.
Check & Update Stock Register.
Maintaining MIS every day.
Coordinates with Production & QA for receipt and quality clearance of material.
Coordinates with Design for drawing clarification / material specification
Physical dispatch and coordination with Transport services Develop production plan, budget and timelines according to production specifications.
Highlight slow-moving and non-moving items to management.
Maintain 5S in the stores area.Ensure proper labeling and segregation of items.
Follow safety protocols for handling and storing materials.
Submit all vendor bills to the accounts department after proper inward entry and verification.
Track dispatch schedules and share updates with concerned departments.
