About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing cum graphic designer to lead a growing digital marketing team in Kolkata. If you're a hands-on Digital Marketing cum graphic designer with leadership skills and a deep understanding of Market, we want you on our team to drive innovation and build robust, scalable systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social media marketing, SEO, customer follow up and enforce best practices
- Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications Adobe, Coral, Canva and Figma
- Architect scalable and maintainable solutions following microservices and modular design principles
- Collaborate with frontend developers, QA, and product managers to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Ensure application performance, security, and responsiveness
- Manage design & deployments and oversee application
- Maintain documentation of system architecture and technical processes
- Strong portfolio or past project references
- Expertise in cross-platform development
- Ability to work independently and deliver on deadlines
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices
- Team Handling.
- GIS knowledge should have (Optional).
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 to 10 years of hands-on experience
- Proven experience in leading or mentoring development teams
- Must be Familiarity Adobe, Coral, Figma & Canva, Creativity must be there
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, DigitalOcean, or Azure, Optional.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and team communication skills
- Very dedicated and punctual.
