Role description
Role Purpose: Supports the BE Lead in implementation, monitoring and documenting the status of various improvement initiatives within the BU/sub unit Key Accountabilities: Engineer with 2-6 years experience and Understanding of Six Sigma, Kaizen and 5S Preferred Experience and Qualification:
Supports in defining annual plan for Business Excellence function for the BU or sub unit
Executes study across planning/delivery team for identifying improvement opportunities
Responsible for all documentation of excellence activities
Plans and implements on ground process audits
Follows values of Sterlite along with practicing continual improvement
Skills
SAP FICO Lead - Multiple locations (Gurgaon/Udaipur/Kolkata)
- Minimum 6 to 8+ years of SAP experience supporting General Ledger in addition to at least 3 of the accompanying capacities:
- Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial Accounting Fixed Asset
- Has Cloud experience e.g. SAP with RISE
- Involvement with FI integration focuses on other SAP based modules like MM, SD, HR, PP, and PM.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time
- Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective
- Accounting, Financial closing, Inter company Accounting, Project System, Management & Cost Centre/Element Accounting, Product costing, COPA
- Experience in a Professional Services or Distribution company is an asset.
- Understanding of accounting business processes.
Experience and Skills :
- Minimum of 5 years designing and configuring FICO modules
- Domain expertise across multiple FICO modules, including Multi ledger GL / AR / AP / Fixed Assets /Product Costing / Integration with other SAP and non SAP systems
- SAP certification in FI or CO
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time
- Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective
- Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others Good to have Skills:
- Knowledge on any Cloud technologies
- Understanding of Agile methodologies
