Technical Lead – .NET Core (12–15 Years Experience)

Adappt is a global technology company delivering innovative digital solutions to clients across multiple industries. We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Technical Lead – .NET Core to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications while mentoring engineering teams and driving technical excellence.

Role Summary

As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for architecting, designing, and delivering high-performance cloud-native applications using .NET 8 and Azure technologies. You will lead a team of developers, collaborate with architects and stakeholders, and ensure best practices across software development, DevOps, observability, and cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of enterprise-scale applications using .NET 8 and C# 12.
Drive technical architecture and solution design discussions.
Build scalable, resilient, and cloud-native applications.
Mentor and guide development teams through code reviews and technical leadership.
Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA teams, and DevOps engineers.
Implement best practices around software engineering, security, performance, and maintainability.
Ensure adherence to SOLID principles and design patterns.
Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices.
Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and technical roadmap discussions.
Support production deployments and troubleshooting.

3+ years in a Technical Lead or Lead Developer role.
Proven experience leading enterprise application development teams.
