Job Title: Sr. Sales Engineer (Hyderabad/Mumbai/Pune)

Job Location: Hyderabad/Mumbai/Pune

Short Description:

To drive and promote the Integrated Building Management system (IBMS) portfolio in the assigned area and coordinate with collaborates for sales leads.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsible in developing customer relationship and generating inquires for IBMS Solutions.
Regular follow-up with key clients, consultants & PMC for brand approval, inquiry generations and order closures.
Identify Engage and Develop potential ELV Contractors as a System Integrators.
Understands the customers’ needs. Demonstrates technical expertise to develop credibility, dedication, trust and commitment.
Positively and credibly, influences Sales approach. Builds high quality and timely estimates & proposals
Support development measures and actions for IBMS business to enable the achievement of business targets.
Present sales reports to management.
Responsibility of achieving agreed targets.
Actively participating in Sales/Marketing/Technical Events

Required Skill Set:

Sufficient knowledge of BMS, HVAC and ELV systems.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in BMS Sales.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strategic Prospecting Skills.
Articulation of value and demonstrate of solutions that map to customers’ needs.
Identification of customer needs and successful resolution with business conversion.
Demonstration of tenacity, experience and positive attitude.
Strong Technical & Negotiation Skills.
Know customers business processes, identify potential decision influencer and relationship development.
Knowledge of contract terms and conditions.

Experience: 4-6 Years

Education: BE in Instrumentation/Electronics/Electrical Engineering
