About Us
Haus of Homez is a modular interiors company based in Noida, offering end-to-end interior solutions with an in-house experience centre, design office, and production facility under one roof.

We specialize in factory-finished modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, study units, storage units, and customized modular furniture.

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Manager – Production who can take complete ownership of daily factory operations, manage the production team, ensure timely project execution, maintain quality standards, and coordinate smoothly between design, production, store, and installation teams.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and monitor daily production activities in the factory.
Ensure timely completion of modular furniture items as per approved drawings and production schedules.
Coordinate with the design team to understand drawings, BOQs, material requirements, and project priorities.
Supervise cutting, edge banding, boring, pasting, assembly, packing, and dispatch activities.
Ensure proper material planning, wastage control, and optimum use of boards, laminates, hardware, and consumables.
Maintain quality checks at every production stage, including pre-assembly and final inspection before dispatch.
Track project-wise production progress and update management regularly.
Coordinate with the store team for material availability and issuance.
Ensure proper labeling, packing, and dispatch of all project materials.
Manage production staff, assign daily work, and maintain discipline on the shop floor.
Identify bottlenecks in production and suggest practical solutions to improve efficiency.
Maintain production records, stock usage records, and project completion reports.
Ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper machine usage in the factory.

Required Skills & Experience

Prior experience in modular furniture, modular kitchen, wardrobe, or interior manufacturing is required.
Should have good knowledge and hands-on understanding of modular furniture machinery, including panel saw, edge banding machine, multi-boring machine, cold press, and other related production equipment.
The candidate should be well-equipped with the machinery used in the modular furniture industry and should have strong practical know-how of its operation, process flow, maintenance requirements, and production applications.
Good understanding of production processes such as panel cutting, edge banding, drilling, pasting, assembly, packing, and dispatch.
Ability to read and understand 2D production drawings.
Practical knowledge of boards, laminates, hardware, fittings, and modular furniture components.
Strong coordination and team management skills.
Ability to manage timelines and work under project deadlines.
Should be responsible, disciplined, process-oriented, and quality-focused.
Basic computer knowledge will be an added advantage.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the production floor and ensure that every project moves from drawing to dispatch in a planned, timely, and quality-focused manner.

The ideal candidate should not only manage manpower but should also understand machinery, production flow, material usage, quality checking, and dispatch planning in the modular furniture industry.

Experience: 4+ years preferred in modular furniture / interior production
Salary: As per experience and capability
