About us

Vedasva Systems is a small startup building AI products for defense and enterprise customers. On a team this size, your work reaches customers directly and you see its impact quickly.

About the role

We're hiring a full-stack developer who is early in their career. You'll work across the frontend, the backend, and the AI layer that connects them. You don't need to know all of it on day one. We mainly want someone who learns quickly and is willing to put in the work. You'll have senior engineers to guide you and review your code, and you'll take on more responsibility as you grow.

What you'll do

Build user interfaces using React and Angular.
Write backend services and REST APIs using Python and Kotlin. You'll start with Python, and we'll help you learn Kotlin.
Work with our AI team to integrate ML models and LLMs into the product, including prompt engineering.
Build and ship features end to end, with code review and support along the way.
Travel to customer sites occasionally for installations, demos, or support.

What we're looking for

We care more about fundamentals and attitude than years of experience.

A degree in computer science or engineering, or one you're about to finish, or equivalent practical skills.
Strong programming fundamentals: data structures, problem solving, and writing clean code. Python is a plus.
Some web development experience with React or Angular, from coursework, internships, or personal projects.
A basic understanding of REST APIs and databases (SQL or NoSQL).
Some exposure to deep learning through a course, capstone, or project. PyTorch is a plus.
Curiosity about LLMs and prompt engineering.
The ability to learn new tools and languages on your own.
Willingness to travel to customer sites on need basis.
