About the Service
Our client provides specialist rehabilitation services to adults recovering from:
- Stroke
- Neurological conditions

- Other long-term health conditions
Every enquiry you handle and every appointment you coordinate helps patients access the care they need.
Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Administration
- Respond to emails and messages professionally
- Assist with patient enquiries
- Update patient records
- Maintain accurate documentation
Appointment Coordination
- Assist with appointment bookings
- Update clinician diaries
- Process appointment changes
- Support scheduling activities
CRM and Data Management
- Update CRM records accurately
- Maintain digital files
- Track enquiries and follow-up tasks
- Ensure information is organised and complete
Documentation Support
- Prepare documents and letters
- Format reports and presentations
- Proofread documents for spelling and grammar
- Update templates and spreadsheets
Administrative Support
- Assist with invoicing administration
- Support operational projects
- Complete general administrative tasks
- Work collaboratively with the wider team
IT Systems
- Use Microsoft Office applications
- Learn and use CRM systems
- Learn scheduling and clinical software
- Maintain accurate electronic records
Full training will be provided.
