Job Description
Inviting applications for the role of lead Consultant - Quality Assurance Engineer In this role we are seeking a meticulous and experienced Quality Assurance Engineer/lead to join our team focusing on ensuring the highest quality of solutions developed on the Genpact Cora Business Process Management (BPM) platform including Cora Sequence and Cora Orchestration. In this role you will be responsible for designing developing and executing comprehensive test strategies test plans and test cases to validate the functionality performance and reliability of complex automated sequences and workflows. You will work closely with business analysts developers and project managers to identify defects ensure adherence to business requirements and contribute to the overall quality of our BPM solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies BPM concepts and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies test plans and test cases for solutions built on the Genpact Cora platform (Cora Sequence Cora Orchestration). - Perform functional integration regression performance and user acceptance testing on automated sequences and workflows. - Identify document and track defects using appropriate defect management tools working closely with development teams for timely resolution. - Collaborate with business analysts and developer team to understand business requirements and technical specifications ensuring testability and comprehensive test coverage. - Design and implement manual as well as automated test scripts where applicable also contributing to the automation testing framework for Cora BPM solutions. - Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC) from requirements analysis to deployment and post-production support. - Conduct root cause analysis of defects and provide actionable feedback to development teams. - Ensure adherence to quality standards best practices and organizational processes throughout the testing life cycle. - Maintain and update test documentation including test cases test data and test results. - Stay updated with the latest features and capabilities of the Genpact Cora platform and industry best practices in quality assurance and test automation.
