Job Duties:
- Ownership and Maintenance of the company’s global customer revenue database (includes loading, reporting etc), which houses all customer related data to be used in reporting and forecasting (Including, but not limited to, completing monthly database loads, customer attribute updates, database troubleshooting and issue resolution, etc.)
- Develop executive level monthly revenue reports that are clear, insightful, and actionable. Provide insights and make recommendations. Analyze revenue trends on a weekly basis to forecast monthly revenue projections for all business units throughout the company as well as for key customer accounts
- Assist with month end financial close; Accruals, Reclass Revenue loads & review and track credits and rebate calculations, review revenue trends etc.
- Sales Commission, AM VC process Booking to revenue tracking, validation, reporting of monthly revenues. Assist in preparing and reviewing commission reports, ensuring alignment with sales targets and policy guidelines
- Interface with technology & Salesforce team to drive improvements in financial reporting capabilities and ensure financial data integrity
