Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from recognized University

Professional Experience: Require 5-7 year of experience as an Office Assistant / Office Executive/ Data Entry Operator

Requirement:

Pleasant personality
Understanding the responsibilities of key personnel in the organisation

Additional skills required:

Good communication skill
Knowledge of complete Office Administration
Excellent in Tele calling, writing emails and other correspondence
Good in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook

Job Description:

Knowledge of Data Entry, General Admin support for onsite facilities
Maintain monthly expenses report, petty cash management.
Managing documentation of records of site employees.
Should have knowledge of vendor management, maintain and managing stock and inventory.
Knowledge of making travel arrangements
Coordination with site management
Assistance in all HR related coordination activities.
Managing site employee’s attendance, leave records.
Providing support to site employees
Managing documentation for recruitment drive and maintain proper records.
Coordinating with Central Office HR for all HR related recruitment activities
Handling end to end recruitment process & support to Central HR
