JOB SUMMARY
The Project Manager (CMU) is responsible for end-to-end supervision, coordination, and management of the Centralized Monitoring Unit. This role oversees KSK Centres, Mobile KSK Units, and Labour Chowks, driving revenue-focused outcomes and target-oriented deliverables using dashboards, AI tools, and reporting systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Overall Supervision & Management of CMU
- Complete operational responsibility of the Centralized Monitoring Unit
- Lead CMU team including data analysts and monitoring assistants
- Establish daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
- Ensure revenue-focused outcomes (registrations, renewals, smart-card issuances)
- Maintain professional behaviour, ethical conduct, and respectful communication with staff, officials, and beneficiaries at all times.
2. Monitoring of Field Operations
- Supervise KSK Centres, Mobile KSK Units, and Labour Chowks
- Conduct regular field visits and remote monitoring
- Implement corrective action plans for underperforming centres
3. Coordination with Stakeholders
- Liaise with DBOCWWB officials for policy updates and compliance
- Coordinate with NIC for system integrations and data security
- Organize monthly review meetings with field supervisors
4. Software, Dashboards & AI Systems Management
- Oversee centralized monitoring dashboards and AI-based monitoring systems
- Ensure data sanctity and minimal system downtime
- Enhance system capabilities based on operational needs
5. Reporting & Operational Compliance
- Ensure timely, accurate reports to DBOCWWB
- Maintain compliance with labour laws and project guidelines
- Conduct internal audits to verify field data
6. Revenue & Target-Oriented Performance Management
- Drive target-driven culture (registration, smart-card, renewal goals)
- Implement incentive mechanisms for high-performing teams
7. Escalation & Issue Resolution
- Act as final escalation point for field-level issues
- Ensure worker grievances are tracked and resolved within TAT
8. REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Bachelor's required; MBA/PGDM preferred
- Experience: 5-10 years with 2-4 years in project management
- Revenue/Target Focus: Proven track record of achieving numeric targets
- Technology: Experience with dashboards, MIS, AI tools
- Language: Fluent Hindi & English (mandatory)
- Government Project Experience: Desirable

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
