Design Leadership & Client Management
› Lead client consultations at the Bengaluru showroom to understand lifestyle needs, space constraints, and aesthetic preferences
› Develop concept designs and present detailed proposals to clients, incorporating feedback through iterative design cycles
› Oversee all active projects in the showroom pipeline, ensuring design quality, timelines, and client satisfaction are consistently met
› Collaborate with the sales team to convert showroom enquiries into confirmed projects
Production Drawings & Technical Execution
› Prepare and review detailed, production-ready drawings for kitchens, wardrobes, and interior cabinetry using Winner software
› Ensure all shop drawings, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and cutting lists are accurate before handover to the factory team
› Coordinate with the production and installation teams to resolve design conflicts and ensure seamless on-site execution
› Maintain drawing archives and version control across all active and completed projects
Team Training & Development
› Mentor, supervise, and provide day-to-day guidance to two junior designers, fostering skill growth and design thinking
› Train team members on Winner software workflows, drawing standards, and Kuche7 design guidelines
› Conduct regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain output quality across the team
› Identify training needs and support the professional development goals of direct reports
Process & Quality
› Establish and enforce design SOPs, drawing standards, and quality checklists for the Bengaluru showroom team
› Continuously improve design workflows to reduce turnaround time and minimise on-site errors
› Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, hardware, and software to keep Kuche7's offering competitive
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
