Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Store Manager to lead the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, maintaining operational excellence, and leading a high-performing team.
This role requires an individual who combines strong business acumen with a passion for retail, customer engagement, and healthy food products.
Key Responsibilities
Store Operations & Business Performance
- Drive store sales and profitability while achieving monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Monitor daily store performance, sales trends, customer footfall, and conversion metrics.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations including opening, closing, cash handling, and compliance procedures.
- Manage store expenses and optimize operational efficiency while maintaining service standards.
- Execute promotional campaigns, seasonal activations, and in-store marketing initiatives.
Customer Experience & Relationship Management
- Deliver an exceptional and personalized customer experience aligned with KSKT's values.
- Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business through proactive engagement.
- Educate customers about product offerings, sourcing stories, and healthy food choices.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvement initiatives.
Inventory & Merchandising Management
- Maintain optimum inventory levels and ensure product availability across categories.
- Conduct stock audits, inventory reconciliation, and shrinkage control activities.
- Coordinate with supply chain and vendor teams to ensure timely replenishment.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently maintained.
- Monitor product freshness, quality standards, and store presentation.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of store associates.
- Create staff schedules and ensure adequate manpower planning.
- Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, and on-the-job training.
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and customer-centricity.
- Drive employee engagement and maintain a positive work environment.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders for smooth store operations.
- Ensure timely communication and execution of operational initiatives.
- Maintain strong relationships with local partners and service providers.
Financial Management
- Manage store-level P&L performance and profitability.
- Track key business metrics and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
- Ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines and cost-control measures.
- Prepare periodic reports and provide business insights to management.

Qualifications

- Proven track record of managing store operations and achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and retail software
Pay: ₹30,070.77 - ₹50,677.05 per month
