Job Description: As a Sales Executive, you will be the frontline ambassador for our kiosk manufacturing solutions, focusing on building relationships with banks and financial institutions. Your primary role will involve visiting potential clients, understanding their needs, and generating high-quality leads to drive sales growth. This is a field-based position requiring proactive outreach, excellent interpersonal skills, and a results-oriented mindset. While our products have technical elements, in-depth engineering knowledge isn't required – we'll provide product training to get you up to speed quickly.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and visit banks and financial service institutions to pitch our kiosk solutions. Generate leads through cold calling, networking events, referrals, and on-site demonstrations. Conduct needs assessments with clients to tailor proposals that highlight how our kiosks improve efficiency, security, and customer satisfaction. Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers in the banking sector. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., technical and marketing) to prepare quotes, demos, and follow-up strategies. Track sales pipelines, report on lead generation metrics, and meet monthly/quarterly targets. Travel extensively within the assigned territory (up to 70% fieldwork).
Mandatory Skills and Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Science (B.Sc IT), Computer Applications (BCA), Diploma in Business Management (DBM), or equivalent. Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in sales, preferably in B2B environments like IT solutions, financial products, or hardware sales. Experience in lead generation for technical/products in banking/finance is a plus. Core Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills – ability to articulate product benefits clearly to non-technical audiences. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities to build trust with bank managers and executives. Basic understanding of sales tools (e.g., CRM software like Salesforce or Zoho) and MS Office suite. Self-motivated with a hunter mentality – comfortable with fieldwork, travel, and meeting targets. Knowledge of the banking sector (e.g., ATM/kiosk trends, regulatory requirements) is advantageous but not mandatory. Other Requirements: willingness to travel, and flexibility with working hours.
