CRO – Solar Energy Solutions

Job Summary

The CRO is responsible for assisting the solar sales team in generating leads, preparing proposals, coordinating installations, maintaining customer records, and ensuring timely completion of sales processes. The role requires strong organizational skills, customer relationship management, and basic knowledge of solar products and systems.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Support

Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer requirements.
Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records.
Coordinate appointments and meetings for sales representatives.

Customer Coordination

Respond to customer inquiries regarding solar products, pricing, and installation schedules.
Track customer orders and provide status updates.
Handle customer complaints and coordinate resolutions with relevant departments.

Documentation & Reporting

Prepare sales reports, monthly performance reports, and forecasts.
Maintain records of contracts, purchase orders, and project documents.
Ensure all sales documentation complies with company policies.

Project Coordination

Coordinate between sales, engineering, procurement, and installation teams.
Monitor project timelines and ensure smooth handover from sales to execution.
Track project progress and communicate updates to customers.

Administrative Duties

Process sales orders and invoices.
Manage correspondence, emails, and customer communications.
Support marketing activities, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in the solar, renewable energy, electrical, or EPC industry.
Knowledge of solar PV systems, net metering, and renewable energy solutions is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
