Full job description

Content Creation & Distribution

Create high-quality short-form and long-form content for LinkedIn, blogs, newsletters, X (Twitter), Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
Develop thought-leadership content for founders, executives, and industry leaders.
Convert podcasts, webinars, reports, case studies, and internal discussions into engaging content assets.
Write SEO and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) optimized content to improve discoverability across Google, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and other AI search platforms.
Create content calendars and maintain publishing consistency across channels.

Social Media Growth

Build and execute LinkedIn growth strategies for both company and leadership profiles.
Identify content trends, viral formats, and emerging opportunities within the marketing and AI ecosystem.
Drive engagement through comments, community participation, and audience interaction.
Monitor competitor activity and recommend content opportunities.

Brand Building

Help position Intelligible Works as a trusted voice in marketing, AI, growth, and business strategy.
Research industry trends and develop content around relevant market conversations.
Assist in creating founder-focused personal branding campaigns.
Support employer branding initiatives and talent attraction efforts.

Analytics & Optimization

Track content performance metrics including reach, engagement, follower growth, website traffic, and conversions.
Generate monthly insights and recommend improvements.
Experiment with new content formats and growth strategies.

What We're Looking ForMust-Have Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent storytelling and content creation abilities.
Active LinkedIn user with a good understanding of professional content.
Basic understanding of SEO, content marketing, and social media algorithms.
Ability to conduct research and convert insights into engaging content.
Self-starter mindset with strong ownership and accountability.

Bonus Points If You Have

Experience managing LinkedIn pages or personal brands.
Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or content automation platforms.
Experience with Canva, Figma, Notion, HubSpot, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar tools.
Basic video editing or graphic design skills.
Understanding of B2B marketing and founder-led growth.
