Full job description

We are growing our outbound sales operations team and looking for high-energy, target-driven Sales Executives. You will work on live sales campaigns for leading BFSI, telecom, and e-commerce clients — with uncapped incentive potential.

Ranchi, Jharkhand

Full-Time

Executive / Senior Executive

1–4 years experience

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers from client-provided lead databases.
Pitch and sell financial products (credit cards, personal loans, insurance), telecom plans, or e-commerce subscriptions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets with consistent quality scores.
Follow approved call scripts while adapting conversations to individual customer needs.
Update CRM accurately with call dispositions, customer information, and follow-up actions.
Maintain compliance with TRAI guidelines, client-specific scripts, and quality standards on every call.
Participate in daily briefings, product training sessions, and performance reviews.
Escalate customer queries or complaints to the appropriate team promptly.

Requirements

1–4 years in outbound telesales or telecalling role.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English; regional languages a plus.
Basic computer skills — CRM navigation, data entry.
High energy, resilience, and a results-driven mindset.
10+2 minimum; Graduate preferred.

Nice to Have

Prior experience selling BFSI, telecom, or insurance products.
Familiarity with predictive dialer tools.
Prior experience with incentive/commission-based sales roles.
