We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Interior Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Greater Noida West Road. This role is essential in ensuring the highest standards of design and execution of our interior projects. As an Interior Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing project timelines, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring that all work is completed to client specifications. Your expertise will not only enhance the aesthetics of our projects but also contribute significantly to our reputation for delivering excellence in interior design.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all interior design projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure project alignment.
Develop and implement project schedules, ensuring timely completion.
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality.
Ensure compliance with design specifications and regulatory requirements.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide regular updates on project status.
Prepare detailed reports and documentation for ongoing projects.
Assist in the selection of materials, color schemes, and furnishings.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior design staff and interns.
Collaborate with the design team to brainstorm innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in interior design supervision or management.
Strong knowledge of interior design principles, architecture, and construction.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask.
Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
Knowledge of local building codes and industry standards.
A portfolio showcasing previous interior projects is preferred.
