Full job description

Accounts Trainee (Internship)

Location: Karikkamkulam
Company: Daymart Group

Job Summary

Daymart Group is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Trainee to join our team at Karikkamkulam. This is a 3-month internship program, after which candidates demonstrating strong performance may be offered a full-time position as an Accounts Assistant with salary.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in day-to-day accounting activities
Data entry and maintenance of financial records
Support in invoice processing and billing
Assist in bank reconciliation and petty cash handling
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
Support basic GST, ESI, and PF-related work
Coordinate with the accounts team for routine tasks

Eligibility Criteria

Plus Two (12th) with Professional Accounts Certification
(OR B.Com / M.Com / Accounting-related qualification)
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Familiarity with MS Excel
Knowledge of Tally (preferred but not mandatory)
Willingness to learn and grow in accounting fieldInternship Details
Duration: 3 Months
Type: Internship (Training Period)
Stipend: 4000

Post-Internship Opportunity

Based on performance, candidates may be converted to Accounts Assistant role
Salary and benefits will be provided as per company standards

Preferred Candidates

Candidates residing near Karikkamkulam will be given preference
