Full job description

Junior Full Stack Developer – Next.js, Node.js, MongoDB

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Junior Full Stack Developer with 6 months to 1 year of experience. Freshers can also apply if they have strong development basics, good logical thinking, and a clear understanding of code structure.

The candidate should be comfortable working with Next.js for frontend development, Node.js for REST APIs, and databases like MongoDB and MySQL. Basic knowledge of server deployment, API integration, debugging, Git, and database handling is preferred.

We are open to candidates who use AI tools like ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude, or GitHub Copilot to improve productivity. However, the candidate must understand the code they are writing. We are not looking for someone who only copies complete files into AI tools and expects AI to fix everything without understanding the project structure, logic, errors, or implementation flow.

The ideal candidate should be able to read existing code, understand folder structure, debug issues, write clean logic, follow instructions, and learn quickly while working on real client projects.

Key Skills:

Next.js / React.js frontend development
Node.js and Express.js REST API development
MongoDB and MySQL database basics
HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript basics
API integration and debugging
Git and GitHub basics
Basic server deployment knowledge
Ability to use AI tools responsibly
Good understanding of code structure and logic

Experience:
6 months to 1 year preferred. Freshers with strong practical knowledge can also apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
