Perform Part trajectory study/ PR check / GOS creation / GOS to FOP conversion/ FOP creation in Pro APR / Process FPR checks / Benchmarking studies / Torque derogation analysis / Small tools development etc., as per schedule following standard procedure.
Mountability check, MQA Confirmation, Ki study
Part Trajectory Simulation – Validate part entry/exit path, clearance, interference, and feasibility.
Ergonomic Simulation – Check operator posture, reachability, force, and cycle-time compliance.
Assembly Sequence Simulation – Confirm correct build order, accessibility, and rework-free assembly.
Track activities, update project status, and report risks, issues, and mitigation actions to stakeholders.
Ensure full compliance with customer-specific requirements, safety standards, and audit expectations
