About Us:

Incredimate is a leading player in the dynamic and innovative Animation and NextTech field. Our team of creative minds pushes the boundaries of imagination to deliver groundbreaking projects. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant to the CEO.

Job Summary:

As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be crucial in supporting our CEO in day-to-day activities, managing communication, and assisting in projects related to the Animation and NextTech industry. We are looking for a dynamic individual with a sharp mind, proficiency in English, and knowledge of sales processes.

Responsibilities:

Executive Support:
Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for the CEO.
Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Animation and NextTech Industry Knowledge:
Stay updated on industry trends, key players, and emerging technologies.
Assist in researching and gathering information related to Animation and NextTech projects.
Provide insights and support in projects related to the industry.
Sales Support:
Utilize sales knowledge to support the CEO in business development initiatives.
Coordinate with the sales team, prepare sales reports, and assist in sales-related tasks.
Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Knowledge of the Animation and NextTech industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Sales knowledge and experience are a plus.
Proven ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
