Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints effectively.
- Provide accurate information regarding classes, schedules, and services.
- Maintain proper call records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick issue resolution.
- Deliver a positive customer experience through clear communication and empathy.
- Follow communication scripts, quality standards, and operational guidelines.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
- Willingness to work on weekends with rotational week offs.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
