Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and quality-driven QA Engineer with strong expertise in Manual Testing and API Testing. The ideal candidate should have experience in planning, executing, and managing testing activities throughout the software development lifecycle. Exposure to Automation Testing and Performance Testing will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
● Analyze business and functional requirements to create comprehensive test plans.
● Design and execute Test Cases, Test Scenarios, Test Scripts, and Use Cases.
● Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, System, Smoke, and Sanity Testing.
● Conduct API Testing using tools such as Postman, Swagger, or similar platforms.
● Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects using defect management tools.
● Collaborate closely with Developers, Business Analysts, and Product Teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
● Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
● Validate bug fixes and perform regression testing before production releases.
● Prepare test reports, test execution summaries, and quality metrics.
● Ensure adherence to QA processes, standards, and best practices.
● Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production deployment validations
Required Skills
● Strong experience in Manual Testing methodologies and software quality assurance processes.
● Hands-on experience in creating:
○ Test Cases
○ Test Scenarios
○ Use Cases
○ Defect Reports
○ Test Summary Reports
● Good knowledge of API Testing using Postman or similar tools.
● Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Bug Life Cycle.
● Experience with defect tracking and project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
● Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
● Good verbal and written communication skills.
● Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Good-to-Have Skills
● Basic to intermediate knowledge of Automation Testing using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar frameworks.
● Exposure to Performance Testing tools such as Apache JMeter.
● Experience testing SaaS applications, Web Applications, and Mobile Applications.
● Understanding of Travel Domain, E-commerce, FinTech, or Healthcare applications.
● Basic SQL knowledge for database validation and testing.
Preferred Qualifications
● Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
● Relevant QA certifications are an added advantage.
● Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
