Job Description
Responsibilities

Serve as an SAP SuccessFactors reporting expert, with a focus on design, development, and optimization of reporting solutions.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements related to reporting and analytics.

Design and deliver custom and standard reports using SAP SuccessFactors reporting tools (e.g., Ad Hoc, Canvas/ORD, Advanced Reporting).

Ensure alignment of reporting deliverables with business processes, compliance requirements, and user expectations.

Identify reporting gaps and propose enhancements or workarounds as needed.

Provide post-deployment support, troubleshoot issues, and work closely with the functional and technical teams to resolve them.

Document technical specifications, report designs, test cases, and results.

Manage change requests and emergency fixes related to reporting with appropriate impact analysis.

Contribute to solution architecture and best practices in SuccessFactors reporting and data visualization.

Provide training and guidance to end users on report usage and self-service capabilities.

Support both new implementations and ongoing support engagements with expert reporting insight.
