Overview

We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst to support our sales, marketing, and product teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting research, analysing market trends, preparing proposals, and assisting in the development of business growth strategies. This role plays a key part in strengthening our sales pipeline and improving lead conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Research potential markets and leads to identify new business opportunities.
Study industry trends, competitors, and customer requirements to support planning.
Prepare clear and well-structured proposals and sales documents for prospective clients.
Work with the sales and marketing teams to support business development activities.
Keep market research data and lead information updated and well-organized.
Review and assess possible partnerships or new business avenues.
Share insights and recommendations with internal teams to support decision-making.
Track and report key metrics that reflect sales performance and business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to interpret information clearly.
Good proposal writing and communication skills.
Ability to work well with sales, marketing, and product teams.
Basic understanding of CRM tools or data analysis software is an added advantage.
Good attention to detail, strong organizational habits, and time-management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

Ability to commute/relocate:

Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
