Job Purpose
The Business Development Executive (BDE) will play a key role in
expanding Xclusive’s market presence by identifying and converting new
business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and
driving sales of educational products.You will act as the front-line
ambassador of our brand, connecting with schools, educators, parents, and
key decision-makers to increase revenue and strengthen market reach.
Selected candidates will begin as Business Associates / Trainees and
undergo a structured 3-month comprehensive training program covering:
Marketing fundamentals
Sales strategies and client acquisition
Product knowledge and presentation skills
Team management and communication development
Upon successful completion:
Promotion to Assistant Branch Head
Career progression towards Team Leader / Business Development
Executive roles within 6 months (based on performance)
Key Responsibilities
Identify and explore new business opportunities in assigned territories
Present and promote educational products to schools, institutions, and
parents
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Represent the company during meetings and promotional activities
