Full job description

We are seeking a QA to build state of bank core. Your primary responsibility will be to contribute to design and develop these applications, and to coordinate with the rest of the team working on different components of the system.

Making recommendations for improvement.
Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools
Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
Monitor debugging process results
Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions
Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies

Job Requirements

A minimum of 3 years of experience in QA.

Experience in software development and testing

Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes

Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Working knowledge of products and services

In-depth understanding of script, SQL, HTML

Exceptional attention to detail

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Good oral and written communication skills

Meticulous and diligent attributes

Great team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision

Able to sit, stand and walk around for long hours at a time

Good planning, organizational, and time management skills.

Have experience in object-oriented programming

High commitment and integrity

Willing to learn and quickly catching up

Good skill at analytical and solving problem.

Ability to work under high pressure.

BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or equivalent with programming experience
