Role Overview
We are looking for a specialized Senior Salesforce Field Service (SFS) Engineer to design, configure, and optimize our field operations platform. In this role, you will be the technical backbone of our ISP dispatch and "truck roll" operations, ensuring our field technicians are deployed efficiently for fiber installations, upgrades, and repairs.
You will be responsible for tailoring the dispatch console, setting up automated routing optimization, customizing the mobile experience for field crews, and integrating SFS with our order orchestration engines to enable seamless, automated appointment scheduling the moment an order is finalized.
Key Responsibilities
· SFS Core Configuration: Design and configure Salesforce Field Service (SFS) core features, including Service Appointments, Work Orders, Work Order Line Items, Service Resources, and Operating Hours.
· Scheduling & Optimization: Architect, test, and tune complex scheduling policies, work rules, service objectives, and automated routing optimization to maximize technician efficiency and reduce travel times.
· Dispatch Console Customization: Customize the Dispatcher Console, gantt charts, and map views to empower dispatchers with real-time visibility into fiber installation and repair progress.
· Mobile App Execution: Customize and extend the SFS Mobile App (offline layouts, quick actions, and flows) to allow field technicians to update job statuses, track parts/inventory, and capture customer signatures in real time.
· Order-to-Dispatch Automation: Build integrations and workflows connecting SFS with upstream order management and orchestration platforms to automatically trigger service appointments upon order completion.
· Inventory Management: Configure SFS inventory and asset tracking modules (Product Requests, Shipments, Return Orders) to manage parts and equipment stocks assigned to technician vehicles.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Experience: 5+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, with at least 3+ years of dedicated, hands-on experience implementing and customizing Salesforce Field Service (SFS).
· Optimization Expertise: Deep understanding of the SFS optimization engine, enhanced scheduling, and handling real-time scheduling exceptions or emergency dispatch scenarios.
· Mobile Customization: Proven experience configuring the SFS mobile app, including offline capability management and mobile flows.
· Telecom/ISP Knowledge: Solid understanding of telecom field operations, particularly physical infrastructure deployment, fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) installations, and outside plant repairs.
· Technical Stack: Strong proficiency with core Salesforce automation (Flows) and developer tools (Apex, LWC) where out-of-the-box configuration needs expansion.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per month
