We are looking for a proactive, organized, and multi-talented professional to join our Head Office team and serve as the administrative backbone of our operations.
Role Overview
As the Administration & Operations Coordinator, you will manage daily office administration, provide essential HR support, and anchor our core sales and order coordination. This is a cross-functional role perfect for someone who thrives in an organized environment, loves multitasking, and wants to be part of a fast-growing business transition.
Key Responsibilities
Core Office Administration:
- Documentation & Records: Maintain, organize, and update critical office files, records, and digital documents.
- Correspondence: Independently handle official emails, phone inquiries, and daily corporate communications.
- Data & Reporting: Prepare professional letters, spreadsheets, and routine administrative reports.
- Inter-Departmental Coordination: Serve as a central bridge between accounts, sales, and godown teams for smooth daily operations.
HR & Employee Support (Focused Volume)
- Talent Acquisition Support: Assist in posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews for new requirements.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage end-to-end joining, induction programs, and employee exit formalities.
- Employee Records: Maintain updated employee databases, tracking attendance, leave metrics, and basic data updates.
- Payroll Input: Coordinate and prepare monthly attendance and leave data to support seamless payroll processing.
Sales & D2C Operations Support
- Order & Quote Management: Prepare formal business quotations and sales-related paperwork.
- Customer Relationship Management: Interact regularly with customers, handling inquiries, tracking feedback, and updating the customer database.
- Sales Pipeline Support: Support the core sales team with real-time order tracking, processing, and status reporting.
- Data Tracking: Maintain and update highly accurate sales data and inventory updates using advanced MS Excel records.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements):
- Education: Graduate in any discipline.
- Language Proficiency: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Technical Skills: Advanced hands-on knowledge of MS Office (specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
Pay: From ₹16,000.00 per month
