About the Role
Inexoft Technologies is seeking a talented and motivated Web Developer with hands-on experience in PHP, Laravel, and WordPress. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing web applications and websites while ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
The candidate should have a strong understanding of web development principles and be capable of delivering high-quality solutions for both custom web applications and WordPress-based projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using PHP and Laravel Framework.
- Design, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, themes, and plugins.
- Build responsive, user-friendly, and mobile-compatible web interfaces.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and website issues.
- Optimize website performance, speed, and security.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver projects on time.
- Perform testing and quality assurance before deployment.
- Maintain and update existing websites and web applications.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in PHP programming.
- Hands-on experience with Laravel Framework.
- Experience in WordPress theme customization and plugin development.
- Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
- Strong understanding of MySQL databases and query optimization.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
- Familiarity with Git version control.
- Understanding of website security best practices.
- Knowledge of responsive web design principles.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with payment gateway integrations.
- Knowledge of SEO-friendly website development.
- Familiarity with web hosting environments and deployment processes.
- Experience working on live client projects.
- Basic knowledge of cloud hosting platforms is an added advantage.
