Position Overview:-
Tru Inc is seeking Senior Solution Architect. You will own the technical design of client platforms across the cloud, data, application, and AI layers. You report to the CTO and set the architectural direction that delivery teams build against. Your designs decide how reliable, secure, scalable, and cost-efficient our client solutions are in production.
Job Location and Address:-
This requirement is Full Time and working from the office only. No Hybrid or Remote is available. The Incumbent is required to work in the following location:
Plot No E 275, Industrial Area, Sector 75, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Punjab 160071
Responsibilities:-
-
Lead solution design with stakeholders. Translate business goals into scalable, documented architectures that delivery teams can build from without ambiguity.
- Design cloud-native solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP. Balance performance, cost, scalability, and security from the first diagram.
- Architect data layers across SQL and NoSQL stores (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch) and vector databases for AI retrieval workloads.
- Design AI and agentic capabilities into client products. Cover LLM API integration, retrieval-augmented generation, and agent workflows, each with clear guardrails and evaluation criteria.
- Set engineering standards and provide technical leadership. Review delivery teams' work against architecture, code quality, and security expectations, and mentor engineers toward those standards.
- Architect integrations across applications, APIs, and third-party services so data flows reliably between systems.
- Identify performance and cost bottlenecks in live systems and direct the optimizations that fix them.
- Produce and maintain architecture documentation, diagrams, and decision records that hold up after your direct involvement ends.
Requirements :-
Technical Skills:-
- 8 or more years in software engineering, including at least 3 years designing solutions as an architect or technical lead.
- Production experience designing cloud-native systems on at least two of AWS, Azure, and GCP, across compute, networking, storage, and identity.
-
Hands-on development background across Node.js, React, Redux, and PHP, with the depth to set patterns and review code rather than only review diagrams.
- Data architecture experience across relational databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL) and NoSQL stores (MongoDB, Elasticsearch), including schema design, indexing, and query optimization.
- Experience designing LLM-based features for production, including model API integration (such as Anthropic Claude or OpenAI), retrieval-augmented generation, and vector databases.
- Practical prompt and agent design skill. You can write effective prompts, structure agentic workflows, and define how to evaluate and constrain model outputs for reliability.
- Strong grasp of software architecture principles, design patterns, and API design (REST and GraphQL).
Solid security practice, including IAM, OWASP, and data protection, applied from the design stage.
-
Preferred Experience:-
- Containerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes, plus infrastructure as code with Terraform.
- DevOps and CI/CD experience (GitHub Actions or similar) and observability tooling such as OpenTelemetry, Datadog, or Grafana.
- AWS or Azure architect certification.
Event-driven and microservices architecture at scale, and exposure to the Model Context Protocol (MCP) for tool-connected AI systems.
-
Soft Skills:-
-
Ability to troubleshoot complex systems under pressure and explain your diagnosis clearly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with sound judgment on trade-offs.
- Effective communication and collaboration across product, delivery, and client teams.
- Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and defend an architecture on its merits.
