Reporting to the VP of People, you will own the Core and Strategic elements of Human Resources for Everseen’s India Operations. As an active member of the leadership team, you will own the operational goals for India Operations which include (a) delivering an outstanding customer experience, (b) scaling for growth and (c) making Everseen a great place to work.
Core Human Resources Elements
- Performance Management Cycle: Lead the full performance management cycle including appropriate goal setting, evaluation and review with a focus on employees awareness of their own performance and improvement of same. This includes organizational assessment, workforce planning, succession management, and employee retention management.
- Talent Development and Career Management: Drive the programs enabling continuous employee development, training and coaching as well as career tracks for all levels and types of India employees in order to focus Everseen’s approach to enablement and career development of our employees.
- Employee Relations: Creating and maintaining a positive, fair and engaging business culture, including the management of disputes among employees, managers, 3rd parties and the company, as well as investigation of policy violations etc
- Employee Lifecycle: With a focus on employee centric processes and promoting a positive employee experience, support the business’ needs for recruiting, hiring, on-boarding and termination of employees in compliance with Everseen policies, approval authorities and budgets.
- Compliance with Policy and Regulations: Fully accountable for compliance with company and government policies covering code of conduct, wages and compensation, working conditions, social security and benefits, Posh and leave policies, and others as applicable.
- Salary and benefits management: Ensure applicable job bands and levels are administered fairly and compensation, recognition and promotions are administered equitably. Ensure data around compensation, benefits, commute, safety and other workplace factors is constantly reviewed in order for Everseen to maintain an employer of choice status.
- Team Management: Lead a team of HR professionals as well as facilities and other support staff to ensure delivery of all HR goals and obligations. Consistently demonstrating what good leadership looks like and serve as an example for leadership to emulate.
Strategic Human Resource Elements
- Strategic Advisor: Be an active participant of Everseen’s India Operations leadership team and partner with them to ensure people strategies align with and support business objectives, specifically around workforce planning, organizational design and value and culture alignment. Lead any strategic people centric changes both in terms of proactively meeting challenges before they become issues and solving issues as they arise.
- Data Driven Dashboarding and Insights: Deliver actionable insights and recommendations around workforce trends and performance based on thorough and thoughtful data analysis, including hiring, promotion, attrition and competitive compensation & benefit performance.
- Build a Great Place to Work: In support of the India Operations leadership, understand what’s happening ‘below the surface’ in the organization. Understand feedback, concerns and results of both our newly implemented and long-standing policies and processes. Use this insight, along with industry best practices, in support of the India Operations leadership’s charter to make the Pune office a great place to work.
- Coach: Be a trusted advisor to all managers in India Operations, especially the senior leadership. Help leaders improve their self-awareness and understand the impact they have on others, identify their strengths and developmental needs, create actional insights and help them build an action plan to improve performance.

- Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related field required. Overall 8+ years preferred in business roles with at least 8 years of progressive Human Resources management/operations experience. SHRM-CP or equivalent certifications are a plus.
- You have experience of operating in a smaller/growth environment as well as medium to large companies, all of which involve international engagement and technology.
- You have experience of working in a matrixed organization involving both line and functional organizations, sometimes with conflicting needs.
- Technical and Business Acumen: Strong grasp of SaaS and AI business fundamentals; effective partner to technical leaders across global cultures.
- Emotional Intelligence & Self-Awareness: Effectively recognizes and manages personal and interpersonal dynamics to support sound decision-making under pressure.
