About the Role
We are looking for a talented and passionate Full Stack Developer with strong experience in React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB/MySQL to join our product development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining enterprise-grade web applications, APIs, and databases. The candidate should have hands-on experience across the complete software development lifecycle, from UI development to backend services and database design.
This role offers an opportunity to work on innovative SaaS and enterprise products, including Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), healthcare applications, CRM systems, and other business applications.
Key Responsibilities
Frontend Development
- Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using React.js.
- Build reusable UI components and implement modern frontend architectures.
- Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
Backend Development
- Develop scalable and secure RESTful APIs using Node.js.
- Implement business logic, authentication, authorization, and data validation.
- Optimize backend performance and maintain coding standards.
- Integrate third-party services and APIs when required.
Database Development
- Design, develop, and optimize database schemas in MongoDB and/or MySQL.
- Write efficient queries, stored procedures, and database migrations.
- Ensure data integrity, security, backup, and recovery strategies.
- Analyze and improve database performance.
General Responsibilities
- Participate in requirement analysis, design discussions, and sprint planning.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and bugs.
- Perform code reviews and maintain high-quality coding standards.
- Write technical documentation and deployment guides.
- Collaborate with product managers, QA engineers, and implementation teams.
Required Skills
Must-Have Technical Skills
- Strong experience in React.js.
- Strong experience in Node.js and Express.js.
- Strong experience in MongoDB and/or MySQL.
- Good knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
- Experience in REST API development and integration.
- Experience with Git version control.
- Understanding of JWT, OAuth, and authentication mechanisms.
- Knowledge of database design, indexing, and query optimization.
- Experience with responsive web design.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with TypeScript.
- Knowledge of Redis, or background job processing.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working on SaaS or enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of healthcare, laboratory, ERP, CRM, or business applications is a plus.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 0-3 years of hands-on experience in React.js development.
- Minimum 0-3 years of hands-on experience in Node.js development.
- Experience working with MongoDB and/or MySQL databases.
- Proven experience in developing and deploying production applications.
