Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) with a minimum of 4 years of corporate training experience to deliver high-quality training on .NET technologies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching. This role requires frequent travel across India to conduct training sessions at various client locations.
Responsibilities
- Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and effective training sessions on .NET technologies, including C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Entity Framework, and Angular, tailored to learners at various skill levels.
- Curriculum Development: Design and develop comprehensive training materials, including course outlines, presentations, code examples, assignments, and multimedia content.
- Assessment & Feedback: Evaluate trainee progress through quizzes, projects, and code reviews, offering constructive feedback and guidance for improvement.
- Technical Support: Assist trainees in resolving coding challenges and debugging issues, fostering a deep understanding of Full Stack concepts.
- Quality Assurance: Develop and implement a Quality Control framework to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content, meeting client and learner expectations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with fellow trainers, subject matter experts, and content developers to enhance the overall quality and effectiveness of the training program.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of training activities, learner progress, and feedback for reporting and ongoing improvements.
Qualification and Skills :
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in .NET technologies, including C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Entity Framework, SQL Server, and Angular.
- Training Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a .NET trainer in a corporate environment.
