Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Operations & Project Management Intern to assist in coordinating teams, tracking project progress, managing workflows, and supporting daily operations across multiple projects.
This role is ideal for students and recent graduates interested in project management, business operations, startup leadership, and technology-driven businesses.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with developers, designers, and team captains
- Track project progress and ensure task completion
- Maintain project documentation and workflow systems
- Assist with intern onboarding and team management
- Follow up on assigned tasks and deadlines
- Support recruitment and candidate screening activities
- Manage communication through Discord and GitHub
- Prepare project status updates and reports
- Help improve internal operational processes
Preferred Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and leadership abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Problem-solving mindset
- Familiarity with Discord, GitHub, Notion, Trello, or similar tools is a plus
- Interest in startups, technology, and business operations
