Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented business analyst with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in handling business development, lead generation, client communication, and project acquisition through freelance platforms such as Freelancer.com, Fiverr, and Upwork.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in client requirement gathering, proposal creation, project estimation, and the ability to convert leads into long-term business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:-
Business Development & Lead Generation: -
Identify and analyse potential client requirements from Freelancer.com, Fiverr, and Upwork.
Generate qualified leads and convert them into projects.
Prepare customised proposals, project scopes, and business presentations.
Analyse client requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
Client Communication:-
Communicate with clients through chat, calls, and meetings.
Understand business requirements and document project specifications.
Handle client queries and maintain professional communication.
Coordinate with technical teams for requirement clarification.
Project Analysis & Estimation:-Gather and document business requirements.
Prepare project scope documents and requirement specifications.
Coordinate with development, design, SEO, PPC, and marketing teams for project estimations.
Assist in project planning and resource allocation.
Account & Profile Management:-
Manage Freelancer.com, Fiverr, and Upwork profiles.
Track bid performance, conversion rates, and client engagement.
Improve profile performance and project acquisition strategies.
Maintain client relationships and retention activities.
Reporting & Coordination:
Maintain project tracking sheets and CRM updates.
Share daily and weekly reports regarding leads, bids, and conversions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project milestones, payments, and client satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria:-
Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Development Executive, or Client Acquisition Executive.
Experience working on Freelancer.com, Fiverr, and Upwork is mandatory.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, IT, marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of project acquisition and client handling.
Pay: ₹415,135.70 - ₹1,524,774.28 per year
