Role Overview

We're looking for a confident and articulate Telecaller who can handle both inbound and outbound calls. You'll be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, generating leads through cold calling, and handling incoming queries to convert them into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Calling:

Make cold calls to prospective clients from provided databases and lead lists to generate new business.
Introduce the company's services — digital marketing, social media management, ecommerce solutions — to potential clients.
Identify decision-makers, pitch services confidently, and set up meetings or demo calls for the sales/business development team.
Follow up consistently with warm leads to move them through the sales pipeline.
Maintain and update lead status, call notes, and follow-up schedules in CRM or tracking sheets.

Inbound Calling:

Handle incoming calls and enquiries from potential and existing clients professionally.
Understand client requirements, answer questions about services, and provide accurate information.
Route qualified leads to the right team members for further discussion.
Address basic client concerns or complaints and escalate when necessary.
Ensure every inbound call is logged with proper details and follow-up actions.

General:

Meet daily and weekly call targets and lead generation goals.
Maintain detailed records of all calls, conversations, and outcomes.
Share daily/weekly reports on call volume, lead quality, and conversion progress.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to align calling scripts and campaigns.
Provide feedback on common client objections, frequently asked questions, and market trends picked up during calls.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, cold calling, or telesales (freshers with excellent communication may apply).
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
Confident phone personality — ability to handle objections, rejections, and keep conversations positive.
Basic understanding of digital marketing and ecommerce services (training will be provided).
Comfortable making 80–100+ calls per day.
Good listening skills and ability to understand client needs quickly.
Familiarity with CRM tools or Excel/Google Sheets for maintaining call logs.
Punctual, disciplined, and target-oriented mindset.

Good to Have

Prior experience in a digital marketing agency or IT services company.
Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or LeadSquared.
Ability to communicate in regional languages beyond Hindi and English.
Sales or business development background.
