Overview

Secura Developers Private Limited is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to support the sales function across our residential and commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Acquisition

Generate leads through direct marketing, referrals, channelpartners, and customer networking.
Conduct site visits, project presentations, and property demonstrations for prospective customers.
Convert enquiries into sales through effective follow-up and relationshipmanagement.
Assist customers throughout the sales process, from initial enquiry to booking and documentation.

Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable project options.
Ensure a positive customer experience and timely resolution of queries.

Channel Partner Coordination

Support and maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers, and referral agents.
Coordinate with channel partners for lead generation and sales closures.
Participate in partner engagement activities and promotional events.

Sales Reporting & Market Intelligence

Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM systems.
Track sales progress and submit regular reports to management.
Gather market feedback and competitor information to support business growth.

Marketing & Promotional Activities

Participate in exhibitions, roadshows, campaigns, and project launch events.
Support digital and offline marketing initiatives to generate enquiries and increase project visibility.

Experience & Qualifications

Mandatory Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in Real Estate.
Exposure to residential apartments, villas, commercial spaces, or property sales will be an advantage.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build customer relationships.
Good understanding of the sales process and customer handling techniques.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field.
Experience using CRM software and sales reporting tools.
Knowledge of the local real estate market will be an added advantage.
