Aspire Techsoft is looking for a passionate and experienced Full-Time Technical Trainer / Corporate Trainer to deliver training on Microsoft Technologies and Windows Development Stack. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on industry experience and the ability to train students and professionals through practical, project-oriented sessions.
The trainer will be responsible for conducting classroom training, mentoring learners, preparing learning materials, and ensuring candidates are industry-ready through real-world project exposure.
Required Technical Skills
Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Framework, .NET Core, and latest .NET technologies
Hands-on experience with ASP.NET MVC, Web API, RESTful Services
Good understanding of Windows Application Development
Experience with Entity Framework / EF Core
Strong knowledge of SQL Server, database design, and query optimization
Experience with LINQ, Dependency Injection, Authentication & Authorization
Understanding of Microservices Architecture
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Azure
Experience with Git, CI/CD, and Agile Development Practices
Knowledge of software development lifecycle and industry best practices
Key Responsibilities
Deliver classroom and practical training on Microsoft and Windows technologies.
Conduct offline training sessions for students and working professionals.
Prepare course content, assignments, lab exercises, and assessments.
Guide learners on live projects, coding standards, and industry practices.
Conduct doubt-clearing sessions, technical discussions, and mock interviews.
Track student progress and provide mentoring support.
Keep training content updated with the latest technology trends and industry requirements.
Preferred Candidate Profile
3+ years of experience as a Technical Trainer, Software Developer, Team Lead, or Corporate Trainer.
Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
Passion for teaching and knowledge sharing.
Experience in delivering classroom or corporate training programs.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
Industry experience in software development projects will be an added advantage.
Eligibility
Candidates must be based in Pune or willing to work from Pune.
Must be available for offline classroom training sessions.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
