Looking for Java backend Developer
. At least 4+ of Java/J2EE development, hands-on troubleshooting and deployment experience. (Mandatory)
. Hands on experience working with cutting edge technologies such as Spring Boot, Microservices.
. Hands on experience in managing applications in production environment
. Hands on experience in triaging, troubleshooting and solving critical incidents in production environment using tools like Service Now
. Design, maintain and implementation of API, microservices and backend components
. Work with API developers across the team to identify the root cause.
. Working Knowledge and hands on experience in DEVOPs tools like Jenkins, uDeploy and GIT
. Ability to prioritize work and meet deadline and also establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, project team members, supervisors, and employees from other departments.
. Work closely with internal and external design, business, and technical counterparts
. Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to work closely with diverse personality types and understand technical issues.
. Research and recommend functional libraries to expedite development

. 4+ Years Backend expertise: Java (Spring Boot), Python (microservices, APIs)
. 4+ Years BPMN & workflow: Flowable / Camunda, BPMN modeling, process orchestration
. 4+ Years Rules engine: Drools / decision tables for business rule management
. 4+ Years Platform & deployment: PAC, uDeploy, Jenkins, Git, Artifactory
. 3+ years Cloud & containers: Kubernetes, Docker, Azure/AWS basics
. 3+ years Data & ETL: SQL, data modeling, ETL pipelines (Informatica/Python)
. 2+ years AI/LLM stack: LangChain, LangSmith, RAG, prompt engineering, vector DBs
. 4+ Years Integration & APIs: REST, OAuth, event-driven systems (Kafka)
. 4+ years Linux & troubleshooting: scripting, debugging, system-level analysis
. 2+ years Monitoring & networking: logging, alerts, Fiddler, Wireshark
. 4+ Years Experience writing unit tests for JavaScript code.
