Receptionist cum Director’s Assistant

Location: Panvel Department: Administration / Operations

Job Summary:

We are looking for a smart and organized Receptionist cum Director’s Assistant to manage front desk operations along with handling the Director’s schedule and meeting coordination. The candidate will be the first point of contact and also ensure seamless calendar and meeting management for senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:Receptionist Duties:

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries Maintain visitor records and reception area Manage couriers, dispatches, and deliveries Coordinate with internal teams for smooth communication Director’s Assistant Duties:

Manage and maintain the Director’s calendar Schedule and coordinate internal & external meetings Send meeting invites, reminders, and follow-ups Arrange meeting logistics (conference room, virtual links, etc.) Prepare meeting agendas and documents Take Minutes of Meeting (MOM) and track action points Handle rescheduling and resolve scheduling conflicts Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline 1–3 years of experience in receptionist / admin / executive assistant role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good time management and multitasking ability Professional and presentable personality High level of confidentiality and coordination skills Technical Skills:

MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Calendar management tools (Google Calendar / Outlook) Video conferencing tools (Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meet) Preferred Skills:
